Emotional Intelligence
Applied

HEALTHIER PEOPLE.
GREATER CAPACITY.

How It All Connects

Health, behavior, and performance don't exist in separate compartments.

How we think affects how we behave. How we behave affects our health. Our health affects how we feel, think, and function. And all of these influence how we live, feel, work, and connect.

Our work sits at the intersection of these connections. Because when mind, body, health, and behavior are aligned, people have greater capacity to live, feel and perform well.

About
Natalie Katsarou

Natalie founded Emotional Intelligence Applied with the vision that, given the right skills and support, people can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Natalie Katsarou

Her studies span from Philosophy and Modern Languages (MA Oxon, University of Oxford) to Applied Neuroscience (MSc, King’s College London), with certifications in Coaching (International Coaching Federation), Lifestyle Medicine (International Board of Lifestyle Medicine), and Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence framework. Her experience in the performing arts has showed her what the mind can create, and her study of science has showed her how.

Natalie’s passion lies in digging into the mechanisms of how aligning mind, body, and behavior can optimize wellbeing and performance – and in spreading the message that, with the power of this knowledge, anything is possible.

How We Put It Into
Practice

We translate evidence from Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, Lifestyle and Functional Medicine into practical, personalized, and experiential education via keynotes, consultations, coaching, and workshops, that people can apply in real life.

We have worked with individuals and organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond — large and small, local and multinational, across sectors like sales, technology, and healthcare. We’re called in both reactively (when things go off the rails) and proactively (to make sure they don’t).

The work is always shaped around the people, context, and challenges involved. The same principles support an individual navigating a health challenge, a team working through friction, or an organisation looking to strengthen how its people think, work together, and perform.
